Dear Parents,
I am writing to inform that the re-enrolment procedure for the next academic year 2015-2016 is now open.
In order to secure your child’s place at GEMS International School for September 2015, we will require a deposit of AED 2500 to be paid by 15th April 2015. This deposit is fully adjustable against the first terms fees i.e. this will be deducted from the Term 1 fees when they are due on or before 1st September 2015, and is non-refundable should your child not take up the confirmed place in September 2015.
The deposit can only be accepted by the Accounts Department once the payment of Term 2 tuition fees have been received.
This re-enrolment process is now available through the GLG (in the ‘OASIS’ tab section) system and is accessed by your parent ID. This will provide parents the opportunity to pay online with a credit card or parents are welcome to pay at the school accounts office.
Please follow the steps below for re-enrolment:
1. Access GLG at www.gemslearninggateway.com or by copying the following link into your browser https://oasis.gemseducation.com
2. Use your GLG username to log in and either ‘gems2013’ password or the personal one you have reset yourself.
3. Once in ‘Oasis’, select ‘Re-enrolment’ from the ‘Easy Access’ menu on the right hand side of the Home Page.
4. Answer questions presented and indicate how you wish to make the payment – either Online or select “Pay at School”.
5. By following the process the ‘re-enrolment flag’ has now been set so that you can pay on line using either GEMS NBAD card or any other major credit/debit card OR visit our Accounts office Sunday to Thursday 7.30am – 3.30pm.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT ACCOUNTS without having completed the above steps as the Cashiers will not be able to accept payment. Re-enrolment is confirmed only after the payment of AED 2500 per child has been received by the school.
By re-enrolling your child, you agree that the terms and conditions communicated by the school in writing at the time of your child’s offer of admissions shall continue to apply. In addition, please be aware that the KHDA is in the process of introducing a new Parent-School Contract, which is expected to be rolled out on or before the beginning of the academic year.
